Working out at home has its benefits: It’s convenient, time-efficient, and cost-effective.

Regardless of your fitness levels, exercise history, or at-home set-up, home workouts can help you meet specific exercise goals like improving strength, gaining mobility, and boosting overall health.

How do you stay consistent with your at-home workout plan?

  • Do forms of exercise that you enjoy

  • Don't overdo your intensity. Do what feels good and doable.
