Here are some examples of exercises you can do with Nyack Exchanges Loop Resistance Bands:

  • Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and loop the resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Bend your knees and lower your body down as if you were sitting in a chair. Be sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged. Return to the starting position and repeat.

  • Lunges: Stand with your feet together and loop the resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Step forward with your right leg and lower your body down until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Be sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged.
